The Rocket Mozzafiato Cromometro R is a heat exchanger machine with a rotary pump. The Heat Exchanger will allow you to simultaneously make espresso drinks and steam milk. The Thermal Symphonic E61 group head will provide you a more stable group head temperature than some other group heads controlled by heating elements
